General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Time
All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 3:00PM EST. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [3] business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping Costs
The shipping rates are charged based on the weight and location. To receive an order estimate simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Upon checkout, shipping and tax will display for a final cost. Please review the final cost before completing the order.
NOTE: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas and the weight of an order. Upon completing the order you will be advised of the charges.
Sales tax is charged according to the providence or territory to which the item is shipped.
NOTE: PLEASE CHECK THE RECIPIENT NAME, ADDRESS and APT or SUITE FOR ACCURACY UPON SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. JEWEL IS NOT AT FAULT FOR ANY MISSING OR INCORRECT INFORMATION ENTERED. PLEASE BE INFORMED WE WILL NOT SHIP OR RESHIP AN ORDER FOR FREE DUE TO MISSING OR INCORRECT INFORMATION ENTERED. IF ANY ORDER IS UPDATED FOR ANY REASON THE PURCHASER WILL INCUR THE COST TO RESHIP THE ORDER.

Order Tracking
If tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail may not have tracking numbers.
Note: Once an order is in the possession of a carrier it is the responsibility of the purchaser to track and monitor the order to ensure a successful delivery.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the product packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at support@jewelpads.com. Must be within 3 business days of product delivery.

Note: We do not create RETURN LABELS for products you wish to exchange or you ordered in error. The purchaser or recipient is responsible for any fees to reship an order.
